No, you can only return the item to the store you purchased it from. The Radio Hospital stores cannot accept items purchased at a Verizon Corporate store and the Verizon Corporate Store cannot accept items purchased at a Radio Hospital location. The item MUST be accompanied with the original sales receipt.

You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) will ship out within two business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
